Areas of work include PLC facilitation using the Model for Improvement and PDSA cycles, equity-focused inquiry (belonging and chronic absenteeism), MTSS structures for attendance/engagement, culturally responsive practice, structured family engagement systems, and mastery-based grading and assessment alignment.
